Lake-Cook, or County Line Road and Rand Road (U.S. 12) provide access to U.S. 53, which provides access to the Northwest Tollway (90). Connecting Deer Park with surrounding suburbs are such major arteries as Hough Street (59), Northwest Highway(14) and Rand Road (12).

A Metra train station in nearby Barrington has daily parking options as well as parking by permit. It may also be reached also by means of a shuttle bus that operates between Lake Zurich and Barrington. (Barrington Metra Website)

Deer Park is served by two major airports. O'Hare Airport, easily reachable by the Northwest Tollway is about 30 minutes southeast of Deer Park. Midway Airport is 60 minutes south of Deer Park. (Chicago Airport System Website)
